At the September 6, 2016 Town Council Meeting, Council voted to approved the Zoning Map Amendment to allow for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) on 159 acres off Hodge Road, south of I-87. The PRD consists of 276 single-family lots and 103 townhome units across six phases; along with amenities such as a pool and club house, walking trails, a playground and dog park. Construction on the extension of Hardin Hill Lane began in the fall of 2020. The developer continues working with the Town on the design of the residential units for this neighborhood.
