Our Mission:
The Knightdale Leadership Academy's mission is to equip teens with practical life skills and civic awareness to prepare them to be confident, responsible leaders in their communities.
Our Goals:
- Equip Students for College and Career Success
- Expand Students' Understanding of Community Dynamics
- Develop Leadership Skills and Facilitate Personal Growth
- Promote Civic Engagement and Social Responsibility
- Build a Network of Support and Collaboration
- Develop Self-Awareness and Leadership Identity
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors in good academic standing.
- Applicants must be residents of Knightdale or the ETJ or attend Knightdale High School
Cost:
This program is FREE for all student participants.
Dates:
All sessions are from 8:30 am - 1:30 pm, except for graduation, which will be held from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Application Process:
- Students must complete the Knightdale Leadership Academy Application.
- Once applications are submitted and reviewed, students will be selected and contacted to participate in the program.
