Suzanne Yeatts
Suzanne Yeatts became an Assistant Town Manager in July of 2019. She has served Knightdale for over twenty-five years in various roles.
In her current position, she is responsible for the oversight of the Finance and Human Resources Departments as well as the Town Clerk. Her role is responsible for ensuring the Town's fiscal health and providing a desirable workplace that is employee-centered.
Suzanne received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She has received designation as a Credentialed Manager through the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). She is also a Certified Local Government Purchasing Officer and Certified Municipal Clerk.
Dustin Tripp
Dustin Tripp joined Knightdale, as the Assistant Town Manager for Operations, in January of 2019. He oversees Development Services, Public Works , Engineering, and the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Programs departments for the Town.
Dustin has over 17 years of public sector experience with the City of Raleigh Public Utilities Department. He served, from 2011-2018, as a Knightdale Town Council Member. Dustin served on the Executive Boards for the East Wake Education Foundation and the K-12 Education Alliance of Eastern Wake County.
He received an Associate Degree from Wake Technical Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership in the Public Sector from North Carolina State University, and a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dustin is a graduate of both the UNC School of Government's Municipal Administration Program and Public Executive Leadership Academy. He is a member of the International City / County Management Association (ICMA) and the North Carolina City & County Management Association (NCCCMA).
Dustin is a native of Knightdale.
Antwan Morrison
Antwan Morrison joined Knightdale as an Assistant Town Manager in April of 2025. With over 17 years of experience in local government, Antwan has built a distinguished career in municipal finance and fiscal leadership. He has served in key financial roles for several growing North Carolina communities, including as Finance Director for the Towns of Apex and Holly Springs, and as Assistant Finance Director for the Town of Wake Forest. Known for his deep expertise in public finance and strategic budget management, Antwan is widely regarded as a trusted leader in the field.
Antwan is an active member of the Government Finance Officers Association at both the national and state levels and is a past president of the North Carolina chapter. He also holds memberships with the North Carolina Local Government Investment Association and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. His professional credentials include the designation of Certified Local Government Finance Officer.
A proud alumnus of Catawba College, Antwan earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Accounting, and later completed his Master of Accountancy at Gardner-Webb University.
