CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS
- E-Verify Affidavit in compliance with North Carolina General Statute 143-133.3
Certificate of Insurance (COI) with Town of Knightdale named as an additional insured, and coverage as applicable:
Coverage Minimum Limits Commercial General Liability $5,000,000 per occurrence ($5,000,000 aggregate) Automobile Liability $1,000,000 Professional Liability (E & O) $1,000,000 per occurrence ($2,000,000 aggregate) Workers’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability Statutory Limits and must include $1,000,000 Each Accident, $1,000,000 Disease (Each Employee, $1M Disease-Policy Limit)
VENDOR SELECTION
Vendors will be selected on a competitive basis. Formal bids, informal bids, or telephone quotations will be solicited. Bid awards will be issued to the lowest responsible, responsive, bidder, taking into consideration quality, performance and the time of delivery, and service history.
