Rental hours are in time blocks and must be rented for the entire time block.

- Block 1 & 2: Knightdale Resident $300/block | Non-Resident Rate: $375/block
- Block 3: Knightdale Resident $700/block | Non-Resident Rate: $875/block
- $50 refundable deposit
- Rentals from December 1 - February 28 are 1/2 price

Wilder Plaza Pavilions Rental Policy

- Rental does NOT include exclusive use of the grass area around the pavilion.
- Renter may provide additional tables and chairs with approval from the Parks and Recreation Department.
- Pavilion operates on a first-come, first-served basis, unless rented (tables & chairs only available when rented).
- Reservations may be made no more than 3 months in advance and no less than 30 days in advance.
The following activities/items are prohibited for all rentals:
- The closing of public rights-of-way (unless required and supervised by the Knightdale Police Department)
- The erection of temporary fencing
- Event admission or registration fees
- Vendor participation fees
- Firearms (unless specifically permitted by State law)
- Overnight storage
- Fireworks or explosives
- Open flames
- Smoke/fog generating equipment or apparatus
- Glitter, confetti, or rice
- Silly string
- Water balloons
- Alcohol
- Personal cooking devices such as grills, smokers, and other gas or electric cooking devices
- Food trucks
- Tobacco
- Illegal substances
- Gambling
- Vulgar language
- Inflatables or bounce houses
- Amplified music
- Tents or canopies
- Political group events or rentals
- Dunking booths
- Livestock
- Any items to be affixed to the facility, except with non-damaging fasteners
Failure to adhere may result in immediate removal from the facility as well as forfeiture of deposit, rental fees, and rental privileges with the Town of Knightdale.
