ADA Compliance Statement

In accordance with the requirements of title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), the Town of Knightdale will not discriminate against qualified individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.

Employment

The Town of Knightdale does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its hiring or employment practices and complies with all regulations promulgated by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under Title I of the ADA.

Public Notice

The Town of Knightdale does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its programs, services, activities and employment practices.
If you need auxiliary aids and services for effective communication (such as a sign language interpreter or print material in digital format) or reasonable modification to programs, services or activities, contact the ADA Coordinator, Dustin Tripp as soon as possible, preferably 14 days before the activity or event.

Grievance Procedure

Complaints concerning discrimination on the basis of disability by the Town of Knightdale may be entered using the Knightdale Report a Problem online form or may be reported directly to ADA Compliance Coordinator, Dustin Tripp at 919-217-2201 or email Dustin.Tripp@KnightdaleNC.gov. The Coordinator will contact the complaint within 15 calendar days after receipt of the complaint to discuss the complaint and will respond in writing within 15 days of the discussion.
