Town Council approved the request to rezone an assemblage of parcels consisting of approximately 172 acres near the intersection of Old Faison Road and Bethlehem Road. This approval to Residential Mixed-Use Planned Unit Development (RMX PUD) allows for a 482 residential unit development (up to 500 unit maximum) and 15,000 square feet of commercial space.
