Parker Poe has submitted a development proposal on behalf of DR Horton that features 482 residential units (up to 500 unit maximum) and 15,000 square feet of commercial space on an assemblage of parcels consisting of approximately 172 acres. The proposed development would rezone the assemblage of parcels to Residential Mixed-Use Planned Unit Development. The proposal will require review and consideration by Town Council.
