Clifton Road Conservation Subdivision (ZMA-8-24)

Duncan Land Consultants, on behalf of D.R. Horton, has submitted a development proposal to rezone one parcel of land, consisting of approximately 32 acres, on the west side of Clifton Road (south of I-87) from Rural Residential (RR1) District to GR3 Planned Unit Development (GR3 PUD). The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning features a total of 95 residential units (27 single-family detached & 68 cottage court style single-family). This proposal requires Town Council consideration and approval.
