The Finance Department is an integral part of the Town of Knightdale's daily operations and long-term projects. The Department serves as the foundation for various Town services. The goal is to provide quality management of the Town's financial resources with exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Finance is located on the first floor of Town Hall at 950 Steeple Square Court. Town Hall is directly across from the Public Safety Building and next to the Eastern Regional Library. From the main entrance, the Finance Customer Service Desk is located in the lobby to the right. It is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday through Friday, except for on holidays observed by the Town.
A payment drop box is available in front of Town Hall for use during and after hours. Payments are retrieved from the drop box each business day.
The Finance Department collects payment for the following:
- Wake County Tax - Check or Cash
- City of Raleigh Water - Check, Cash, or Credit Card
- Town of Knightdale Fees - Check, Cash, or Credit Card
