The Finance Department is an integral part of the Town of Knightdale's daily operations and long-term projects. The Department serves as the foundation for the Town's various services. Its goal is to provide quality management of the Town's financial resources with exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Finance offices are located on the first floor of Town Hall, 950 Steeple Square Court, directly
across from the Public Safety Building and next to the Eastern Regional Library. Customers may visit us from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. When you walk in the front entrance, the Finance Department is located directly on the right side of the first floor.
A payment drop box is located in front of Town Hall and checked daily.
The Finance Customer Service Desk at Town Hall collects:
- Wake County Taxes - Check or Cash
- City of Raleigh Water Bills - Check, Cash, or Credit Card
- Town of Knightdale Fees/Payments - Check, Cash, or Credit Card
