Public Hearing Information

Most development projects require a Public Hearing as part of the approval process. If you would like to submit a comment on any projects currently on the Town Council public hearing agenda, please click on the "Submit a Public Comment" link in the green bar at the top of this page. Public comments are recorded through this process as there are currently no in-person Town Council meetings.

In an effort to inform residents of current and upcoming projects throughout the Town of Knightdale, the Development Services Department has compiled a regularly updated list of projects. Please check below for up to date information on each project.

Harper Park Drainage Improvements (ZCP-4-20)

Proposed improvements to Harper Park are intended to better accommodate stormwater runoff for this area of Old Town. In addition to drainage improvements, street frontage improvements along Main Street will add on-street parking, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and street trees.
