Town Council approved a Master Plan and Zoning Map Amendment to allow for a 300 unit multi-family development at Knightdale Blvd and Milburnie Rd. Included in the plan is an extension of Milburnie Rd from the Knightdale Swim Club to Knightdale Blvd, and a greenway connection and canoe launch to the Neuse River. In 2020, a new developer was brought on to the project and made revisions to the Master Plan.
