Poplar Creek Village Phase IV (ZMA-7-19)

On June 17, 2020, Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan for the fourth phase of the Poplar Creek Village subdivision. This phase features 55-lots of detached single-family homes on 17.49 acres west of Clifton Road. The ZMA rezoned this parcel from Rural Transition (RT) to General Residential-3 (GR-3) with a Planned Unit Development.
