Lock7 Development, on behalf of G&F Properties, LLC and Marlowe & Moye, LLC, has submitted a development proposal to rezone two parcels of land, consisting of approximately 58.85 acres, on the north side of Old Faison Road between Pleasant Colony Drive and Woodfield Lane, from Rural Transition (RT) District to Urban Residential (UR12) Planned Unit Development (GR3 PUD). The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning features a total of 185 residential units (single-family & townhomes) and future commercial uses.
This proposal requires Town Council consideration and approval. Modifications to the proposal are anticipated.
