Rivers & Associates, Inc. has submitted a development proposal on behalf of Lampe Management (Ample Storage Center) that features a 3-story indoor mini-storage facility (87,840 square feet total floor area) as Phase 3 of the Ample Storage site. Phase 3 will encompass approximately 1.03 acres of the 6.98 tract of land, which is currently developed with approximately 95,600 square feet of mini-storage.
The proposed development would rezone this parcel to Manufacturing & Industrial Conditional District. The proposal will require review and consideration by Town Council.
