Town Council approved the request to rezone 1107 Great Falls Court from Highway Business (HB) and Manufacturing & Industrial (MI) Districts to Manufacturing & Industrial Conditional District (MI CD) to allow for the expansion of the existing mini-storage facility. Phase 3 of Ample Storage features a 3-story indoor mini-storage facility (82,038 square feet total floor area; 539 storage units). Phase 3 will encompass approximately 1.03 acres of the 6.98 tract of land, which is currently developed with approximately 95,640 square feet of mini-storage.
