Riverview Commons

Bluewater Civil Design submitted a Master Plan for the 18 acre parcel at the corner of Hodge and Poole Roads. The site is currently zoned Highway Business, and the applicant is proposing a Neighborhood Mixed-Use Conditional District rezoning. The 98,000 square foot shopping center is anchored by a 37,000 square foot grocery store, and features a gas station, bank, auto service center, two drive-thru restaurants, and 29,000 square feet of additional retail space.

The Comprehensive Plan identifies this as a future Mixed-Use Center Place Type, within the River District, and along a Mixed-Use Center Corridor.
