Faison Reserve (ZMA-1-25)

Lock7 Development, on behalf of G&F Properties, LLC and Marlowe & Moye, LLC, has submitted a development proposal to rezone two parcels of land, consisting of approximately 57.81 acres, on the north side of Old Faison Road between Pleasant Colony Drive and Woodfield Lane, from Rural Transition (RT) District to Urban Residential (UR12) Planned Unit Development (GR3 PUD). The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning features a total of 184 residential units (single-family & townhomes) and future commercial uses. 

Town Council reviewed and approved this proposal at their April 15, 2026 meeting.

Town Council held a Public Meeting at Town Hall on Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM to review and take action on the project's Planned Unit Development Rezoning and associated Master Plan Application.

At that meeting, Town Council approved this project.
