7800 Knightdale Boulevard (ZCP-7-24)

TMTLA Associates, on behalf of the property owner, Axiom Holdings, LLC, has submitted a development proposal to construct three commercial buildings totaling approximately 30,900 square feet at 7800 Knightdale Boulevard for general retail and office uses. The parcel is currently zoned Highway Business (HB), which allows these uses (retail, professional services, medical services) to be reviewed and approved administratively by staff.
