William "Bill" Adams was the son to the late Marvin and Lois Pearce Adams. Bill served in Vietnam and Operation Desert Storm where he received a Bronze Star. After retiring from the army, he worked for the General Service Administration from which he also retired. He loved his family, guns, motorcycles, and anything outdoors. Bill was married to his wife, Darlene, for 43 years. Mr. Adams enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, Bryce and Madison, and he loved Knightdale.
