Kimley Horn has submitted a development proposal to construct a new preschool on Old Knight Road. The proposal includes a 13,656 square foot, single-story building with a playground and 40 parking spaces. The site is zoned Neighborhood Mixed-Use (NMX) and the use is permitted by-right.
