On July 21, 2021, the Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan to rezone 92 acres along Old Milburnie and Old Crews Roads from Rural Transition (RT) to General Residential 3 Planned Unit Development (GR3-PUD) to allow a 297 lot residential development.
This development was previously known as "Old Milburnie Village"
