McAdams, on behalf of Lennar Corporation, has submitted a development proposal to rezone one parcel of land located at 8501 Poole Road, consisting of approximately 52.5 acres, from Rural Transition (RT) District to GR8 Planned Unit Development (GR8 PUD). The proposed Planned Unit Development (PUD) rezoning features a total of 171 residential units (102 single-family detached & 69 townhomes). This proposal requires Town Council consideration and approval.
