The Haven at Griffith Meadows (ZMA-12-22)

Town Council approved a Planned Unit Development and Master Plan to allow the development of a 180 lot residential subdivision on 60.15 acres  at 8613 Poole Road. The land was rezoned from Rural Transition to General Residential 3 Planned Unit Development.

At their August 20, 2025 meeting, Town Council adopted an ordinance to annex Haven at Griffith Meadows into Town Limits, and an ordinance adopting the Development Agreement for the project.
