Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan to rezone approximately 94 acres located between Robertson Street and Fayetteville Street from Rural Transition (RT) to General Residential 3 and Neighborhood Mixed Use (NMX) Planned Unit Development. The proposal features 144 single family lots, 87 townhomes, and two mixed-use/non-residential parcels.
