Originally approved in 2013, the Glenmere neighborhood consists of 326 single-family homes with various amenities on 139 acres. All seven phases have been recorded and 276 homes have been built/permitted. Home construction is complete in Phases 1, 2, 5, and 6, and is actively taking place in Phases 3, 4, and 7.
