On February 19, 2020, Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan for Flowers Place, a subdivision by Habitat for Humanity. This development will feature 17 single-family lots on 2.29 acres at the intersection of Kelley Meadows Road and Flowers Street. The ZMA rezoned the parcel from Urban Residential 12 (UR12) to Urban Residential-12 with a Planned Unit Development. Site work and home construction is actively underway.
