The Collection (ZMA-6-19)

In August 2020, Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment  and Master Plan for The Collection. This development will feature 92 lots consisting of 57 single-family homes and 35 townhomes on 28 acres at the intersection of Robertson St and Keith St. The ZMA rezoned the parcel from Rural Transition (RT) to General Residential 8 Planned Unit Development GR8-PUD).
