5845 Farmwell Road Office (ZMA-2-26)

Amber Margaretten has submitted a development proposal to convert the existing residence located at 5845 Farmwell Road to a professional office use by a mental health services provider. The proposed office use requires rezoning the approximately 0.59-acre parcel from General Residential (GR3) to Neighborhood Mixed-Use Conditional District (NMX-CD), which requires review and consideration by Town Council.

Joint Public Hearing Scheduled - Conditional District Rezoning

The Knightdale Town Council will hold a joint public hearing with the Land Use Review Board at their meeting scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Knightdale Council Chambers at 950 Steeple Square Court to review the proposal and to receive public comment on the request.
