Regional Family Food Distribution-YMCA of the Triangle(opens in a new tab)
Hunger is a tragic side effect of the coronavirus. The YMCA of the Triangle is committed to changing hunger in our communities by using YMCA facilities as regional food hubs for meal distribution for families in Wake County. Through a partnership with Wake County, the YMCA of the Triangle has provided more than one million meals since September 2020.
Anyone can visit our three hub locations (The Poole Family YMCA, The YMCA at Knightdale Station and The Southeast Raleigh YMCA) and receive food at no cost. Volunteers will assist in creating a warm, welcoming, nurturing atmosphere for all community participants.
Volunteers are needed at each of our hub locations. Children 12 and younger may participate when accompanied by an adult volunteer. Volunteers will complete all required credentials before reporting to their first day of service.

Knightdale Fire Department encourages residents and business owners to sign up for Wake County Community Connect, a free and secure online resource that helps first responders better understand your household or property before an emergency occurs.
