Old Town Knightdale Small Area Plan

The Old Town Knightdale Plan was adopted by the Town Council on February 4, 2007.  The plan is classified as a "Small Area Plan", and is formally included as an appendix to the 2027 Comprehensive Plan.  The Plan serves as a guide for development decisions within the Old Town boundary and the neighboring Wil-Ros subdivision.  Below, you will find links to the adopted plan as well as some of the historical documents created as part of the community planning process.
