Bohler Engineering has submitted a development proposal on behalf of the property owner, OPSJH, LLC to construct a two-story medical office building totaling approximately 14,038 square feet at 4012 Village Park Drive. The parcel is currently zoned Neighborhood Mixed-Use (NMX), which allows this use (medical services) to be reviewed and approved administratively by staff.
