Arts & Education Festival

Knightdale's annual Arts & Education Festival will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Knightdale Station Park from 10am-1pm. There will be educational vendors, free haircuts, food trucks, a DJ, and more!

Understanding that education is the pathway to success, the mission of the Arts and Education Festival is to connect community members with local non-profits and educational, wellness, and cultural art opportunities that they may not otherwise be exposed to. This collaborative effort of community partners plays an important role in strengthening the educational component in Knightdale and Eastern Wake County.

As the new academic year draws near, we are preparing to equip our students with the tools and resources to improve their learning experience. We strongly believe every child should have an equal chance to learn and develop. We have prepared a day filled with art, music, food, and, most of all, FUN!

We hope you will come out and celebrate the wonderful worlds of creative art and education in our community at the Arts & Education Festival 2025!

School Supply Pick-up

Knightdale Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Programs is excited to continue our school supply giveaway at this year’s festival!

Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, backpacks filled with school supplies will be available for pickup under the Pavilion on Knightdale Station Run. Look for the tables near the end closest to the restrooms, where members of the Knightdale Rotary Club will be on hand to assist. We’re grateful for the support that helps make this giveaway possible for our community!

Limit: one backpack per student. Student must be present to receive a backpack.
