Interactive Development Map
This map displays development projects that are proposed or under construction within the Town of Knightdale jurisdiction. Below is a description of each phase.
Proposed (Orange): An application for Rezoning, Special Use Permit, Site Master Plan, Subdivision Master Plan or Construction Drawings has been accepted, and it is in review.
Approved (Lt Blue): The project has been approved but construction has not yet begun.
Under Construction (Dk Blue): Construction has begun for either site or structures.
Completed (Green): Construction is complete.
Once you have selected a development, an information box will pop up. The information box will provide you with helpful details such as the Development Name, Case Number, and a General Project Description. A link to the overall project site or subdivision plan layout is also provided for your reference. If you have specific questions about the project, please reach out to the Development Services Department at 919-217-2244.
