Crime Stoppers

Crime Stoppers was formed in the late 1970s in an effort to combat the growing number of unsolved crimes. Since its beginnings, Crime Stoppers has grown into an international organization. Crime Stoppers is dedicated to the advancement and support of effective crime-solving, crime reduction and crime prevention organizations throughout the world. They work in partnership with the community, area media sources and local law enforcement to organize a network in which useful information is received, processed and shared.
