Knightdale Parks and Recreation is thrilled to announce our second annual Knightdale Tennis Academy in partnership with Raleigh Tennis Association and Try Tennis. The Knightdale Tennis Academy is a skill development clinic including instruction from Raleigh Tennis Association, Try Tennis and The Tennis Bloc coaches, players & guest speakers. League Fee Ages 8-adult:
1 practice per week - $80
2 practices per week - $150

Coach Mark's Bio
More than 25 years of combined professional experience in resort and tennis industry including upper-level management, marketing, product management, customer relations, training and sales. Coached hundreds of sectional and nationally ranked juniors throughout the country and coached on a professional level. Created “Tennis for Life”, a unique program featured in Tennis Magazine and the program was successfully implemented at Sea Oaks Resort in Vero Beach, FL. Created an internship program with Ferris State University Professional Tennis Management Program. Established highest rate of return lessons and largest adult clinic base at Ivan Lendl’s parent facility in Greenwich, CT. Developed Double’s System incorporated in the Tennis teacher’s manual at all Grand Slam Tennis facilities. Established fitness and nutrition programs that included yoga and plyometric training.
