Stoneriver (S-6-16/ZMA-1-16)

At the May 18, 2016 Town Council Meeting, Council voted to approved the Zoning Map Amendment to allow for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) on 164 acres off Hodge Road, south of I-87. The PRD consists of 299 single-family lots and 102 townhome units across five phases; along with amenities such as a pool and club house, walking trails, a playground and dog park. Site work on the first two phases as well as Hardin Hill Lane began in the fall of 2019. The amenity center is completed and home construction is underway.
