The results
from the fourth week of the recycling pilot project in Edenburgh's Keep, Maplewood, Magnolia Place and Pebblebrook
are in. 135 homes recycled 2,420 lbs. For the
four weeks the new containers have been used, participation
has increased, on average from 100 to 124 homes and the weight
collected has grown 81%. posted

Goley Boggs has been selected as the
first recipient of the "Mayor's Employee of the
Quarter Award" for January, February and March.
Boggs was nominated by two fellow employees.
Mayor Russell Killen presented Boggs with a plaque
that is already hanging in the Town Hall lobby and a
gift certificate for $100 at the April 16th meeting.
