DR Horton Homes has submitted a residential development proposal consisting of 246 single-family and townhome lots on approximately 73 acres. The assemblage of land is currently located in Wake County's zoning jurisdiction, however it is in Knightdale's Short Range Urban Service Area. The proposed development would rezone the parcel to General Residential-8 Planned Unit Development and feature recreational open spaces.
