On February 16, 2022, the Town Council approved a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan to rezone approximately 28 acres from Residential Mixed Use to Neighborhood Mixed Use Planned Unit Development to permit the development of a 364-unit and 30 townhome multi-family complex. Amenities include a pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, dog park, walking trails, play structures, and gathering spaces for future residents.
