Town Council approved a a Zoning Map Amendment and Master Plan to rezone 24.5 acres at the end of Dianne Street from Rural Transition (RT) to General Residential-3 (GR-3) with a Planned Unit Development. The Master Plan shows 50 single-family lots, with a mix of both front and alley loaded homes.
