Town Council Decision

Timmons Engineering, on behalf of Natelli Communities, has submitted a sketch plan for a residential subdivision at the Wil-Mar Golf Course site. Preliminary plans show 620 residential lots featuring townhomes and single-family homes, amenities including a pool and club house, walking trials, pocket parks, and a future Neighborhood Node along Old Milburnie Rd. The Planned Unit Development requires a Joint Public Hearing before Town Council and the Land Use Review Board, to be scheduled when the Zoning Map Amendment and PUD/Master Plan are submitted. A neighborhood meeting was held on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at 5:00 via Zoom.

A Joint Public Hearing before the Knightdale Town Council and Land Use Review Board was held Wednesday, March 17 at 7:00 PM. Comments can be viewed here.
