Parks and Recreation Advisory Board

The Parks, Recreation & Cultural Programs Advisory Board serves as the official citizen advisory board to the Town Council on issues related to parks, greenways, and policy matters. The Board advises on matters related to program rules and policies and park and special event planning. The Board serves as a liaison between the Town and the citizens of the community and helps to promote parks and recreation programs. The Town continuously seeks qualified town residents to serve on Parks, Recreation & Cultural Programs Advisory Board.  

If you would like to be considered for a board position, please email the Advisory Board Application to the Town Clerk or mail it to Knightdale Town Hall, 950 Steeple Square Court. Members serve two-year terms and meet the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. Current board members can be found here.
