2011-2012 Track Out Camp

 All new and returning parents MUST fill out new forms!

• Pay per day, choose the days you want, not the week-$22 per day

• Participant must be registered the Thursday prior to the week/day you need.

• Example: If you need Friday, July 9th you must be registered and paid by 5pm Thursday, July 1st.

• All participants must fill out a new registration form

• $5 deposit is due for each day at time of registration, balance due 1 week prior to each week

• Register early, space is limited

• Traditional Calendar students-pick the date/dates you need, most breaks and Teacher Workday dates are available

• Parents will receive a daily email with information pertaining to the following day.

• Inclement Weather - Check the P&R website, TO Camp website, WRAL, and ABC

• Registration Form

• Weekly Schedule - Subject to change due to weather
