Mulch Voucher Request

The mulch provided by Public Works, in cooperation with

JD&L Enterprises, is a basic, no frills, mulch. This mulch

has not been treated or colored. It is used basically as

an underlayment to a finish layer of triple shred mulch.

Basic mulch is available by requesting a mulch voucher.
