An amended development agreement between the Town of Knightdale and Beazer Homes, developers of Beaver Dam Subdivision, SU-7-04 to re-establish development standards, timing and public and private infrastructure improvements.  The property subject to the development agreement consists of approximately 91.55 acres located northwest of the Forestville Rd. and Horton Rd. intersection and is identified as existing lots within the Beaver Dam subdivision and Wake County PIN 1755.03-21-7782.  Beaver Dam subdivision will consist of 242 single-family detached residential lots along with ancillary public and private facilities.  A copy of the proposed development agreement will be held at Knightdale Town Hall, Planning Department, 950 Steeple Square Court, for public viewing.

Application requesting a Zoning Text Amendment to comprehensively amend Chapter 7 (Open Space) and Chapter 8 (Tree Protection and Landscaping) of the Unified Development Ordinance with technical edits for consistency of language and referencing, clarifications of intent and interpretation, further definition of broad terms, addition of exemplary graphics and photos, and the removal of redundant text. The application includes the amendment of other remaining chapters of the Unified Development Ordinance affected by the proposed amendments to chapters 7 and 8, such as updating code section references and locations as well as adding/amending definitions (Chapter 19) for consistency.  The applicant is identified as the Town of Knightdale Land Use Administrator.  The applicant is identified as the Town of Knightdale Land Use Administrator.  

Application requesting a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone approximately 11.94 acres located at 1900 Old Crews Rd., identified as Wake County PIN 1755.01-17-9849, from General Residential (GR3) to Manufacturing and Industrial (MI).  The applicant is identified as the Linda Price, and the property owner is identified as Prices Real Estate Company LLC, 1900 Old Crews Rd., Knightdale, NC 27545.
